Moose Moose Listing Removal Policy

At Moose Moose, we strive to maintain a trusted, fair, and safe marketplace for outdoor enthusiasts to buy, sell, and trade gear. To uphold the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines. Below are the primary reasons why a listing may be removed:

  1. Prohibited or Restricted Items Listings that include illegal, recalled, or prohibited outdoor gear will be removed. Sellers must ensure that all items comply with local laws and safety regulations before listing.

  2. Misleading or Inaccurate Listings

We do not allow:

False or exaggerated claims about a product’s condition, brand, or functionality.

Misleading pricing tactics, such as significantly inflating original prices.

Stock photos that do not accurately represent the actual item being sold.

  1. Duplicate or Spam Listings To keep the marketplace fair, duplicate listings of the same item and excessive spam postings will be removed. Sellers should create a single, accurate listing per item.

  2. Inappropriate or Offensive Content Listings containing offensive language, hate speech, explicit content, or personal attacks will be taken down immediately.

  3. Counterfeit or Unauthorized Products Selling fake, counterfeit, or unauthorized replicas of outdoor gear is strictly prohibited. All items must be authentic and legal to sell.

  4. Poor Condition or Unsafe Gear Outdoor gear that is excessively worn, broken, unsafe, or fails to meet basic functionality standards may be removed to ensure buyer safety.

  5. Excessive Complaints or Reports If a listing receives multiple reports for scamming, no-shows, or fraudulent activity, it may be removed, and the seller’s account may be reviewed for further action.

  6. Attempting to Circumvent Transactions Listings that encourage buyers to complete transactions off-platform (e.g., requesting payment via direct bank transfers or third-party apps) violate Moose Moose’s policies and will be removed.

  7. Failure to Adhere to Shipping and Delivery Policies Sellers must follow Moose Moose’s shipping and fulfillment policies. Items that are not shipped as promised or sellers who fail to communicate with buyers may have their listings removed.

  8. Suspicious or Unverified Accounts If a listing is associated with a fraudulent, fake, or suspicious account, it may be removed to protect the community.
